This Privacy Policy describes how KD Solutions, operated by Kevin Dowling (“we,” “our,” or “us”), collects, uses, protects, and shares your personal data when you visit playkstrategy.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you consent to this policy in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

Mandatory data-breach notification obligations under GDPR (Articles 33–34) remain unaffected.
